Adobe DIstiller is a great piece of software to enable the creation of PDF documents.... however, when there are a number of pe ople in a non-profit organization (like a club) that need a solution for PDF creation without the high cost, I always suggest PDFCreator. PDFCreator installs like a 'printer driver' on your Microsoft Windows-based machine. From any application that prints, you can select to print to the "PDF Creator Printer" to generate PDF documents.
